Through The Years
This Page is still under consturction, Please come back to
learn more about Judy and to see the pictures of the
different baskets, trays, pouches, and many other things
she has made through the years!!
I would like to tell you about Judy, my Mama. She has
lots and lots of God given talent. Every since I can
remember she has been very creative, she has always
done some kind of arts and crafts, crochet, knitting,
painting, cross stitich, needlepoint, and many others.
Seventeen years ago I was with her when she bought
the first basket kit, she took it home and like most things
she does, she greatly improved upon it and thats when
she started making the Buttocks Basket. She made
them for 12 years, no telling how many she really made,
in the thousands. She does not make the Buttocks
Basket anymore, but the tradition does live on, their
are two special ladies that still make the beautiful
ribbed basket, Darlene Hyry of Tucker, Georgia and
Karen Zane of Anderson, Indiana that took classes from
Judy and now make kits (pre-started baskets) and
finished baskets. You can see Karen's on her web site
at Karen's Baskets.Com

I've seen some of the most beautiful works of art that
my Mama has produced, many of them sit in my home.
My house is decortated with all kinds of baskets, about
half are the ones she has made, I have many one of a
kinds, she made me for my Birthday or for Christmas. I
have to tell you, if you haven't already figured it out, that
I admire my Mama very much she works hard everyday
to bring beauty in the world with her baskets.
