Canyon Shadows is a great basket for any level of weaver.
It is a very popular basket, perhaps because the beads
form almost all of the pattern to the basket. It is twined
with 7 ply waxed linen and has size 8 glass beads. All
beads slide onto the spokes. The design and the bead
pattern in the bottom of the basket lend a different shape
to the sides. The bead pattern also changes the top edge
from one that is level to an edge that is somewhat like that
of the top of a canyon wall. The finished basket measures
2-3/16" high and 3-1/2" across.
